ARK Builders: Do THIS to create a steep VIKING roof! (You won't believe how EASY!!)

In this ARK survival evolved build tutorial I show you how to build a steep viking roof. You won't believe how easy it is! No mods where used in this build and it's built on official settings. I show both a no clip and a clipping version of this roof design.You can build this on ark ps4, ark xbox, ark pc and ark mobile. I built this on the map fjordur for the fitting viking medieval theme but maps like ragnarok, valguero and crystal isles would also be great!

The tall ceiling can also be a great place for catwalks and you can place storage up there.

So I’m trying to connect a sloped wooden ramp to wooden triangle roofs and a regular ceiling it gives me the green option but it doesn’t allow me to place it directly like on the ceiling like you did. It gives me this left inverted option that doesn’t snap correctly to the build

Place a fence foundation to the regular foundation and then snap the pillar to the end of the fence foundation

We have the no clip on our unofficial server, but I cannot get the slopes roof to snap to the vertical wall. Do I need to cycle snap points to make it work?

Hi Jordan, you have to use wooden ramps for the roof not actual sloped roofs. The ramps will snap to the wall.

I’m having trouble putting down the slopped roofs. They’re not snapping properly. When you used yours, they snapped to the wall going up. Mine doesn’t do that for some reason. I’m on PS4 btw. Idk if that changes the snap points like that
