Coach Babers had some mysterious insight into what was needed to beat or almost beat Clemson. Somehow that insight rarely worked well for any other opponent. We need to stop hyping the great SU teams of the 50's and 60's. That was then, this is now. Please do not ever mention Doug Marrone again. Paul Pasqualoni had the second most wins of any coach since SU began to play football in the last century. I'd suggest Coach P as a possible comeback HC.

The ref's gave Clemson two wins at home. Marrone abandoned SU, drop him from the list ... shouldn't even be mentioned. He screwed over Nassib, the QB that got him the notoriety, when he went to Buffalo and picked EJ Manual instead who flopped huge.

Marrone isn’t a true candidate. SU will never sniff him because of what he did in Jan 2013. It sounds like it’s down to Chesney and Mullen. From reports Mullen visited SU on Wednesday. Haven’t heard anything on Chesney though.
