Sir, My brother( Now age is 34yrs) affected Meningitis in 2015 post treatment he was doing well till 2020 but suddenly collapsed due to syringomyelia. Lower part of the body went Para paralyzed. It's been 3 yrs he still not able to walk properly without any support. Could you please suggest the treatment. This will be great help.

Sir, I suffering from syringomyelia, they given steroid for 1 and half year for treatment. I got recovered 85%, now present my legs day by getting weaking again my syrings came T1 - T3 and T11. doctor prefer to do surgery now. But, surgery is very dangerous. I was not understanding what to do now. If I won't do surgery it will becoming weaking day by day.
