Your meter leads are crossed. Common lead to the sensor

I could’ve just totally missed this until now, but you put your meter lead connections and extended them with the alligator clip leads?!? I’m stealing this immediately

My furnace runs with the burners for 4-9 minutes and then shuts off the burners. I do not get any error codes. It just goes into idle mode. It takes a 15 minute break and then does the same thing. This only heats the house up by .5 to 2 degrees at a time, so the furnace never catches up. The furnace filter was completely clogged. I replaced the filter, the thermostat, cleaned the flame sensor rod and sparker. Still the same problem. What could it be???

I knew right away it was the pressure switch. I had this exact issue where it would run for random amount of times before it shut down. I replaced the pressure switch and it resolved the issue.

Maybe it’s high limit switch

7 uA is high for a flame sensor. 2's & 3's are most common. Even high 1's will usually keep it going. 😎👍

Excellent diagnosis… I learned another connection to focus on quickly when faced with this intermittent issue. Thank you! BTW… is that flex vent pipe up to code in your area? Just curious.
