some of these are his voice aging and him taking a path of less resistance. there are artists that only scream on the record and dont do it live or only do it live when they feel right about it. I think if serj was ACTUALLLY a screamer we would see more of it. Theres also a lot of him ad libbing and experimenting. very few of these are actual fails.
