Yep, this is System Test 4! Featuring speaker strobes! Also, there is a chance that I will be getting more, so when/if that happens, then I will make a System Test 4.5

That voice evacuation panel is a SigCom correct? There is another video on here called pullijgbthebfire alarm at UGA and it has a SigCom panel and plays the same message and has the same voice just a siren tone instead of the code-3 tone.
