I have boxed for a long time.l attended one of Vladimir’s seminars couple of months ago , during which I did some sparring with Frank Arias . He threw an effortless heavy systema strike to my abdomen and oh jeez i felt like a bolt of electrical current went into my spine and out my neck , it was disgustingly painful and incapacitating!

Very painful deep strikes ... I remember how these feel 😔

I've done boxing karate japanese jujitsu etc and the best way I can describe it is when you get one of those hits the force is a very heavy hard and fast hit But a systema hit, it's almost like the force just gets stuck halfway into you and the best way I could describe it is the difference between having a 20 lb bowling ball hit you vs a 20 lb bag of cement there's just something about the whack these punches pack that honestly even I as nuts as I have gone doing kyokushin conditioning I don't wanna take one of those
