How do you get to work with Johnson Controls FEC controllers? In my neck of the woods in Cleveland, only Johnson Controls employees from the local Johnson Controls office get to work with them. I get to work with the PCG and PCX controllers, which look just like the FEC controllers.

I have been searching for various videos that can help me figure out how to work with CCT. Right now I'm stuck on an issue where I need to change AHU multi-zone physical zone temperature inputs(ZN-T) to network temperature inputs. How would I go about doing this? Appreciate the help!

+Pavel Groshev what you want to do is first make a list of the connections where the current zone temp is used. You will then have to create a new network input by right clicking on the network portion of the input side. Once you create it, you'll have to reconnect it to the previous logic blocks. I have a couple videos on cct that will help. Check out my channel for more information.

Hi , I'm using PCT 10.2 version to create a Program for the AHU operated with VFD . I have loaded the same Program into the controller , during the commissioning mode , I right clicked command on the SF-C ( supply fan command ) to ON and VFD signal (SF-O ) to 100 % . The AHU started to operate in full speed . As its started I received the SF-S (Supply Fan status ) ON . once I received the fan Status , I demanded the Zone Setpoint ZN-SP , But cooling valve doesnot actuate . What could be the reason.. In simulation mode , it works and I tried to show the involvement and found ZN-SP and ZN-T are linked with CLG-O Please help thank you

+Sharan John view the logic when you are commissioned in and see if it has switched to control. It may be t-control or something similar. If it hasn't, look to see what switches the mode of the logic blocks. I have a few other videos on cct that may help.

I'am having trouble downloading a file. I keep getting failed operation , in the failed status it says application failed additional info device state startup in progress. I've powered controller on and off multiple times. Any suggestions? I'm using pct version 10.2

+Spyder-Man 79 I had the very same thing happen to me the other day. It was a bad fec and there wasn't anything I could do. I was plugged directly into the controller but couldn't get it to work.

+Pavel Groshev depending on the NAE, don't do it. 8.1 has a serious issue with the nae55. If it is a smaller nae you can upgrade it from sct. That's a new thing with the newer version. Just do a code download from sct

We have couple upgraded NAE55, they seems to be working fine and I need to upgrade few more because of we need to add wireless trunk. I was tolled we need to use NAE update tool. Do you have any idea how to do it?

+Pavel Groshev some of the tools are restricted by jci. That's one tool I haven't been able to get my hands on. You don't need that tool to add a wireless trunk. You will add the coordinator like any other device and all your wireless devices go to the coordinator.

Ive got a video showing how to add a meter which is basically the same thing. A pulse count regardless of the source is the same. You just need to know the multiplier
