How are you handling HVAC pro with windows 10? Our I.T. Department has swapped out all of out computers with windows 10 models except 1 and its been removed from the domain. We have roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of our system is still n2 so we will be using pro for awhile. Have you had any exposure to the MUI system? We are doing a whole campus upgrade and it will take me awhile to get used to it. Not a big graphics guy. Thanks for the informative videos.

I have a project which includes Metasys FECs and NAE ... I have done all the FEC programming on CCT ... I have a problem with launching my NAE via the SMP ( Site Management Portal ) knowing that I do not have Johnson Control Server, neither ADS nor ADx ..... After doing all the steps through the lurcher .... THE SMP ( user name and password) appeared ... What should I do to log in ... knowing that .. this is an old project and these materials were supplied 7 years ago.,, Please advice

You should be able to log in unless you don't have the password. I have no idea what it could be set to in your device

Cycle the power on the nce. If it is a new installation make sure it is the bacnet version. Not all nce will communicate bacnet. Some are made for n2

@@SystemcontroltechIt is an old installation, the probel occured when the technician unplug the SA bus when the NCE is powered. I switch the NCE off and on but the communication doesn't work any more, I need then switch off all bus equipment and see what happens

I have a job with an NCE and for some reason the users passwords stopped working, I tried the factory installer password and that doesn't work, the NCE still has its program would you know what I can do to access and repair this problem?

If you have a backup of the program you might be better off reimaging it and make sure you enter the correct password. If they changed the original there's no way to know what that was

You should be able to discover the IP address using either Putty or Hyperterminal. Another way is to so a mac ID IP reservation if you have control of your network. You can assign the IP address by creating a rule on your router.

Can't you just attach it to the switch and just arp it after spanning tree runs? In that case there should only be two devices on the switch.
