you know what would've been a GREAT addition to an already great video is to add a quick sound clip after every murmur you go over just so we learn the anatomy/physio and then get to hear the murmur right away. thanks for doing these!

I know someone with mitral valve prolapse. His normal BP was 90/60 which most people watching this already know is the BP of a child. He wouldn't have been able to handle any trauma at all since a drop in blood pressure would have sent him into a true emergency. He passed out when they took blood from him.
