I'd love to know more about your guys' filming setup on the AX53, like if you leave everything on auto, what shutter speed and frame rate etc... I always try to make my videos look as good as yours, but never quite get there!

Manual focus to infinity, shutter speed to 60, auto exposure. We film in 1080p60 instead of 4K, which allows some extra stabilization also!
