It’s just amazing how you approach those sophisticated topics & your interpretation is beyond the custom teachings of trying to limit the wholeness onto certain groups or traditions. I really admire the way you make it feel so inclusive which I think is exactly how it should be. And please do more videos on how to do contemplation” properly or if possible a step by step guidance. I hope you’ll make a comprehensive course on this subject It’s really needed now more than ever. I personally have been thrown away of life trying to figure out which way I should go. I’m an orthodox Christian but I find it really to feel connected to God as the teaching or Sibket are most of the time delivered in ways that cannot really impact one’s deep feelings. & also as you mentioned certain practices are only limited to the Kahnat or people around that level. I would rather take a five minute of guided practice than a two hours Sbket on a story that couldn’t benefit me in any way other than making me more anxious.😟 Anyways you’re doing an amazing job & May the almighty bless you with more wisdom wndme. & I’m from 🇪🇷 hence can’t type in amharic. I can understand the language almost 90% but when it comes to writing or talking I’m terrible.

Brother, meditation starts by saying" I am not this body and I am not the mind that thinks" then asks who am I?
@ElzalmonКүн бұрын
Dear, in the video, I have presented the general nature of meditation in a way that resonates with everyone, not just those familiar with its practice. While meditation is often framed as a method for cultivating the mind, activating bodily energy, and achieving peaceful governance of life, this approach does not fully encompass the spiritual dimensions of the self or human nature. In my philosophical journey, which I call Elzalmonism, I chose and applied contemplation instead of meditation. While meditation focuses on quieting the mind and detaching from external identities, contemplation invites active engagement with deep questions and self-reflection, often uncovering truths about our spiritual essence. In comparison, contemplation moves beyond calming the mind, which it seeks to understand the relationship between the spiritual, mental, and physical aspects of being. This integration aligns with the ultimate purpose of self-discovery: not just peace, but clarity about our connection to the Creator and our role within creation.
