പ്രിയ മഞ്ജു, എല്ലാം സൂപ്പർ ആയിരുന്നു. നല്ല അഭിനയം. വളരെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. പക്ഷേ ഒരു കാര്യം മാത്രം ഒന്ന് ഓർമ്മിപ്പിക്കട്ടെ. കുക്കറിൽ വിസിലിൻ്റെ എണ്ണമനുസരിച്ചല്ല ഭക്ഷണം വേവുന്നത്. കുക്കറിൽ പ്രഷർ തങ്ങി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ കഴിവതും അതിൻ്റെ ഗ്യാസ് പുറത്തേക്ക് കളയാതെ ഇരിക്കുന്നതാണ് ഭക്ഷണപദാർത്ഥങ്ങളുടെ വൈറ്റമിൻസ് നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ നല്ലത്. ഭക്ഷണം വേവുന്നത് അതിൻ്റെ ടൈം നോക്കിയാണ്. കുക്കർ പൊട്ടാതിരിക്കാനാണ് അതിന്റെ വെയിറ്റിൽ കൂടി ഗ്യാസ് പോകുന്നത്. സാധാരണ ബീഫ്, കടല ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള വസ്തുക്കൾ വേവാൻ ആദ്യ വിസിലിനു ശേഷം സ്റ്റൗ സ്വിമ്മിൽ ആക്കി ഒരു 15, 20 മിനിറ്റ് സമയം കൊണ്ട് വെന്തിരിക്കും. അപ്രകാരം കുക്കറിൽ വെയ്ക്കുന്ന ഓരോ ഇനത്തിനും അത് വേവുന്നതിനുള്ള സമയം കണ്ടെത്തി വിസ്സിൽ കളയാതെ വേവിക്കുക. അരിയുടെ വേവിന് ശരാശരി 5, 6 മിനിറ്റ് മതിയാകും.
