Actually, he proves, the revered ARI cutcheri format could be reversed and still be enjoyed! Inthachala as the thaniyavarthana piece is never heard before. :) Why can't! MMI usually didnt sing Varnnam in a concert(there is a recording of viri boni available) as he argued its a practice piece. when its presented in a concert, its no more a practice item, its a concert piece which is enjoyable its own way. then why can't one elevate it to center stage!

Great concert....Kambhoji was superb....Kambhoji alapana by Vid.Sampath was exquisite....then Shahana....Kaanada....Darbar ....and then Begade varnam....only TMK can do this....👏👏🙏🙏excellent percussion support too....🙏🙏

Inimitable TMK, enthralling, exciting and absolute music. The lilting dance of the raaga and the swaras is not only beautiful to hear but also evokes a sense of the pieces literally being picked up and moved around in a marvelous octave traverse. So grateful for this upload by the organizers. Fantastic accompaniments especially the soothing violin, the brilliant mridangam as well as the enthusiastic ghatam, a cutchery to cherish and enjoy more than once. Thanks once again 🙏🏽🙏🏽
