I am trying to set this up at the moment. I do not have any experience with power automate. I am loving this vid a lot! But there is just some explaning missing that when someone tries to replicate this without any experience its just to hard still. Anyway thank you a lot! I am hoping that i will get this to work!

This is a great starting point for someone getting started. I think there might be some operational efficiencies that you could add to make this more streamlined on the HaloPSA side... For instance, instead of creating a new custom integration for each customer, you might be able to piggyback on something like Microsoft Partner Center or CIPP to API in and create the new users through your partner API. I get wanting to use Power Automate, but having to create the same (or similar enough) processes in each customer tenant seems crazy. We could use Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps (or even a Powershell automation account runbook) to standardize the process across customers.
