I've been waiting for this. You never disappoint! Thank you for the time you put into these videos. I always walk away with a better understanding of both the plugin as well as approaches to mixing.

What a fantastic tutorial! Thank you for this and for all of the videos you do on IK Multimedia software. Like a lot of people, I have many IK plugins because of their group buy specials, but there's honestly not a lot of great KZbin content on their software. Your videos are so thorough and so full of general mixing knowledge and IK-specific tips that I walk away understanding mixing better all around and how to use my specific plugins too. So many thanks!

Great! Thank you. It wasn't until now that I felt comfortable with this. And with my kitchen.

Thank you for this great tutorial. I was able to join the IKMultimedia group buy and pretty much fill out the TRacks suite of tools. Ive also been working on this multitrack and am blown away how this plugin works for Freddies vocal. Cheers!

What I usually like about vocal plugins or the better vocal plugins have a very specific vocal range EQ range baked in but bcuz this works so well on drums I Don't think it quite works like that or maybe it does still I dunno
@dancetech2 жыл бұрын
yes it is flexible, but regarding drums: I will do a short video on this (and using it on guitar) soon, but i found the strangest thing. All the comps & eq work fine for a snare drum, but try using the reverb... what do you get? I get a strange very fast modulation on the reverb which makes the reverb un-usable on a snare, never heard that sort of artefact on a reverb before, very strange. So is it the actual reverb doing that? or is some part of the chain before the reverbs which you only hear when you add reverb? Not sure.

@@dancetech yeah, helpful when it's 30fecking7 ouside and no breeze. My then girlfriend/now wife had to get a fan, and her local shop gouged her for 35£ For a dipstick little fan. Had a better time when we were there in 2007, though.

@@PreacherAtArrakeen Added to this that English houses on average are the size of a shoe box, when compared with the USA. So finding somewhere to put the air con machine and venting is a challenge. USA / Canada puts the bulk of it on the outside wall? If we did that here it would get vandalised or stolen in some areas.

I purchased this plug inn today and I can’t get it to load in logic. On the load in page it says “ 1 of your plugins is not compatible” and I click d the plug-in manager and rescanned it and it still wouldn’t load.. it is in my pluggin manage window but not on the program to use. It could be my Mac.. it’s a new Mac with newest updates. If you have and ideas on what could be wrong please let me know. Thank you

Again, dialog vocals are way quieter than example audio. consider checking levels with a loudness meter.
@dancetech2 жыл бұрын
that's intentional.

@@dancetech I don't believe you. I can't be expected to ride the volume control to listen to you talk and then turn it down when the processing is playing. This is too bad because you are the only one that has an extensive look at this plug-in on YuoTube right now.

@@PrimoHidrux ok i'm rendering off a new one for you with the narration higher & daw audio slightly lower. I'll try and upload it tomorrow before noon (cant do it today gotta go out soon until way late tonight). check back tomorrow afternoon or evening on the main channel page & it should be the most recent upload 👍

@@dancetech I didn't expect you to have to redo the whole thing, however it's much appreciated. My intensions were for you to consider balancing levels going forward. I usually watch stuff like this in the back ground while I'm doing excecise and the loudness caught me off guard in the middle of a set, I had to finish my set before turning it down! "MAMA!"
