During the seventies, one of my uncles was involved in researching gators and their mating to regain the endangered population. I loved his stories, and wanted so badly to see him work sometime. How cool it would have been if they had done shows like this back then They had to euthanize one once, and his team was allowed portions of the meat. He brought it to grandma’s thanksgiving gathering. There was only enough for everyone to have one bite. I knew I had to be one of the coolest kids in the world having an uncle like him. Getting a bite of gator seemed fair, because a couple of years before, a gator got a bite of me. 😳

Bloxy Bob There are stories of crocodiles trapping people in trees with a person in their mouth. And chilling there with a smile on and showing off their kill to their future prey that’s trapped in the trees. Almost tormenting them with pleasure, knowing that they can out wait the animal in the tree no matter what the circumstance.
