Back in the Dodge Charger Tiered Challenge, the original plan was to find bosses with 1-bar, 2-bar and 3-bar charged move for each tier of submission. Unfortunately, a boss with 2-bar move fulfilling Platinum Tier requirement had never happened before the submission and I had settled it with 5 3-bar charged move dodge challenge instead. With Lampent appears as Tier 3 boss, I have decided to challenge it as how I would have if it appeared before the submission.
PokeBattler sim for this battle:
Speed: 165.1s
Dodges: 22
Difficulty(by PoGoRaid standard): WQ14*
*unable to win as 1v1 with dodging charged move only
Battle Result:
Speed: 174s
Dodges: 18 Flame Burst + 20 Ember
Efficiency Score: 99.5
My difficulty rating(based on execution): 10/10
Comment:
Unlike the recent Tier 3 raid challenges, Latios cannot afford dodging all Ember with its DPS. So, it is better to focus on attacking and dodges Ember only if they didn't overlap with Dragon Breath cooldown.
Ember has a 0.6s damage window, which is a relatively quick fast move. With its early damage window, yellow flash is the only way to tell when it would hit. Despite of that, this execution still achieved a 99.5 efficiency score while dodging a majority of them. This shows how favorable Dragon Breath or other low cooldown fast move are for dodging.
Ghost-type was the strongest type in the game for years since Mega Evolution debut with Mega Gengar. Even without hitting its opponent super effectively, Mega Gengar still managed to defeat handful of Tier 5 raid bosses as Duo Raid, especially when it fought alongside with Shadow Mewtwo.
With other Mega Evolution releases, Mega Gengar had been phased out slowly as a generalist. However, with Dawn Wing Necrozma release, Ghost-type is now once again challenging other types for the title of strongest raid generalist.
This time, we would see how Party Power aids Ghost-type in raid. For Ghost-type, their strongest opponent is Mega Latias, such that the number is reported by simulation against Mega Latias as a Duo Raid without weatherboost. Since Ghost-type is not one of the 9 Primal types, the simulation was done without any Mega Boost.

Ghost-type is traditionally a very narrow typing with little competition. Mega Gengar has been the best Ghost-type raid attacker for years, and its gap with other Ghost-type is large enough such that it is better off to keep recycling Mega Gengar even in a Solo Raid.
Aside from base stats, Ghost-type also had very limited selection of moves in every battle format. Namely, Shadow Ball is the only viable move that is also widely available among Ghost-type Pokemons. Unfortunately, that remains to be true even in Party Power. Poltergeist failed to outperform Shadow Ball such that it only brings marginal improvement only if it is used alongside with Shadow Ball.
Under such situation, it shouldn't be hard to imagine Party Power does not brings much tier shifts on Ghost-type except for Giratina-Origin with its 1-bar Shadow Force. It also shouldn't be surprising that with the overpowered 1-bar Moongeist Beam, Dawn Wings Necrozma is basically unchallenged among Ghost-type under Party Power. In fact, by utilizing Party Power, Dawn Wing Necrozma can even overcome Mega Gengar in Duo Raid (STAB Mega Boosted Mega Gengar) with non-STAB Primal Boost.
It is also noteworthy that Psycho Cut Dawn Wings Necrozma has a similar performance to Shadow Claw Dawn Wings Necrozma naturally (no Party Power) despite Psycho Cut is resisted. So it is up to you to strike for optimal party power boost or not.
Arceus test:
Dawn Wings Necrozma
2122 damage, 31.21 DPS
With exact same move stats and base stats as Dusk Mane Necrozma, it shouldn't be surprising that Dawn Wings Necrozma shows similar performance in Arceus Test. Which means, Dawn Wings Necrozma is also one of the best generalist, while it is slightly lacking behind from those with STAB Primal Boost.
