If memory serves me, The US Army was developing 3 tanks the after WWiI: T41, T42, and T43. T42 was the prototype medium tank created to replace the Pershing. They were working out issues with the hull but couldnt get it fixed for the Korean War and placed the turret onto a Pershing hull, making the M47 Patton. The Hull was then used for trials of other medium tanks, primarily the T69;

this is just from my theory but i highly doubt about that super hellcat is entering from E6, trying to help IS2 and i don't think he's getting spotted by T29 at all, even if he's getting spotted i highly doubt IS6 have enough time to switch ammo at all my comment was purely me being noob at WOT because when i play IS6 / alpine tiger i usually carry a lot of HE (6 / 7 ammo) since i'm F2P player so trying to squezing a little of credit (with an exception if i'm in top tier MM) but then again anything can be happen in this case, maybe it's just a coincidence

I think all t8 mediums with 190pen (or less) should get at least to 200mm of pen or idk like 205, in the current meta 190mm is not quite enough. It wouldn't be a bad balancing idea and maybe some underpowered tanks can be a bit more usefull.

QB, the reason its got a m46 turret, is because the M46 patton in real life was retrofitted to have that Turret. The chassis that turret was originally supposed to use is the same as the T69. The chassis it was designed for was taking too long to develop I believe, or something along those lines.

Not interested in any utterly non-historical or "not realistic" camos personally. As for the tank itself, the only thing I find truly unconvincing is the regular penetration value of 190 mm being a tier 8 medium. I'm not sure why WG still puts out such numbers on the market, when it's clearly not up to date with the realities of the game as of 2020...Especially being a regular/non-preferential MM premium tank that'll face tier 10s fairly often and being pretty sluggish it's not going to be able to exploit sides and rears as an LT with a similar penetration could. If they gave it say 208 mm of penetration with the same dpm as now and the rest of characteristics being exactly the same, I wouldn't doubt for a second to get it. Otherwise...idk.

What do you mean by "historically accurate gun" anyways and what relation does it all have with our game? T42 in the game has a "T114" gun, while it was historically fitted with the "T119", even if both are 90mm caliber. On the other hand, the stock gun for the T32 heavy tank in WoT is actually historical both in name and caliber (T15E2). Also, none of this is actually relevant to the game pen values, as I said previously and WoT could give a tank basically any value they wanted. The idea is that such values only be balanced (playable) adjusted for the realities of the game as of 2020.

The is6 does does 530 damage with HE so a max role would be 662.5, while he did role high a max role would have been bye-bye quickybaby. Edit: wrote that before I saw quicky baby check the damage after the battle :(
