I think the thing Jack saw was most likely PJ Pugapiller. It's mostly from his description of the creature being "50 feet long with a thousand legs". He may have been exaggerating, but he did see somthing long with multiple legs. So far, no other toys or experiments show to have more then five limbs (tails included), and if you bring up the Prototype, 1: we still don't know what he looks like, and 2: There is no way the scientists would risk ANY potential escape for that thing. PJ is half caterpillar, which are known to have the most legs in the animal kingdom (or one of). And having a long body to support all those legs.

I think what’s really interesting is that in the Home Screen in chapter 2 has a dead body in the bottom left corner that looks like mommy long legs, but also, every doll that has been killed has had its eyes ripped out and blood on it. I don’t know if it’s important, but I think it is kinda weird as if the prototype is using these eyes to improve himself by taking organs out of the other dolls and using them to improve himself or they could be eating them?

I think, this is from Game theory, That poppy is ludwigs adopted daughter. But some tragic thing happened and she died, so he tried reviving her as a doll. And it worked! But the others working with him was like: that's cool lets do more. So they did some experiments with the orphan children from the program, Ludwig found out, and then they turned him into 'The Prototype'

I really hope so, I think once Huggy fell, MLL dragged him out to a safe place (Like showed on the Chapter 2 trailer where she drags a Huggy doll that clearly looks like it fell of a high place) But with the release of the Chapter 3 we see Huggy's head on a stick so...someone else took him maybe and finally finished him off, But hopes are still up! They should make Pj help the player but when the prototype appears it attacks Pj and if you fail to help you and Pj die but if you succeed to help Pj kill the prototype you live
