If you look at the frame data, the move is -8 on block. A ws4 is 11 frames. Pretty crazy low. To be fair, you can't block in hermit, only parry. So if Jin had read the parry, waited it out, he would have been able to get a big punish. Plus the low parry option is still pretty good
