If you're not playing competitively, and just playing to have some casual fun, it's really not that hard. Get loom. Shoot boar twice then run back to the TC. Also, play on a lower speed. I actually play on slow or normal when I'm with friends, we like to play for strategy, not lightning fast micromanagement skills.

Whenever I see games likes this, I think about how Viper himself has said that Mr. Yo's play style always gives him trouble. Despite being a huge Viper fanboy, I love seeing Yo/Viper games where the Snek is not able to dictate the whole game. It's refereshing.

I feel that viper has relied a lot for last years in his quick walling and defensive habilities, normally he doesn't go agressive, but micro + boom. Then, they put him in a no walling no housing scenario, and he struggles...

@@christosneder death match is different playstyle, you cannot play very defensive, i see a lot of difference in his playstyle.

@@bassegoder It's funny because a few years ago, Viper was notorious for refusing to wall, saying he liked the extra challenge. Jordan actually asked him about it a few days ago on stream when they were playing together, and he said you can't get away with it nowadays as people are good at really punishing you with counterattacks if they sense an opening.

I'm at a point where I never lose against Moderate, but really struggle against Hard... There's such a big jump between these two levels.. The AI goes from max 40 Vills to 80. Being an AI it doesn't miss a beat even when I pressure it, while I struggle to balance both eco and raids... Frustrating, but I'm keeping at it! I'd say find a level you can beat and focus on learning to always beat it easily, then try the next level.

@@ar1sm70 I was playing moderate, just vibin . 10 mins I get notifications that all the Ai have gone to feudal, lucky I have the resources to upgrade. That is where all hell breaks loose. These 3 Ai team up against me and start going to town on my economy. Another 5 mins they're in castle and they rush me mercilessly it's GG from there

I think the balance fix to walling is that houses and walls while under contruction can be walked through/on until they are over 80% contructed

Kinda reminds me of the game where the 2 guys were sending knights and other units to raid the enemy, they see each other passing, and just continue to enemy base and made spears for defense. If you could remind me which one that one was t90, I wanna watch it again

The problem with forcing your opponent to tower here is that over time it makes their base easily defendable but your own doesnt. Like fighting up a hill that gets steeper as you go

Costs a lot of wood to do full wall with buildings. Since they’re Huns they also can’t house wall so they need to use more expensive buildings.

It costs a lot of wood, especially since huns don't have houses. So instead of the 2 wood per palisade you will end up spending 50 wood per tile by building mills and so on. Markets would probably be the cheapest with 43.75 wood per tile. If you invest that much wood into useless buildings then your army will not be able to keep up.

@Gabriel yes. He even explained in the stream once. Since there are so few of them, living far away from any contact people, who usually spread viruses and diseases between themselves it is easier for them to catch all sorts of small illnesses. The Viper actually comes from a small island located in the north of Norway. That's really secluded and they have lesser immune system.
