The members who shout while delivering speech by any other member must be removed from the Parliament for at least one year and their expenses for transportation, stay and all other expenses must be from their pocket. GOI must act immediately. If they are not moving out of parliament premises, they must be put into jail with minimum of 2 years imprisonment.

The opposition parties especially the DMK, the gang of 40, is visiting the parliament well dressed, for what? For shouting when ministers are speaking? Or like those in Tamilnadu are complaining for eating bajji,bonda and suji halwa?. Have they ever talked sensibly other than shouting when ministers are talking? They are acting like hooligans, may be because they don't understand, or they cannot handle the truth, or they have no clue about anything that is being discussed. We should request the speaker to give 10 minutes for DMK and other I.N.D.I.A Alliance partners to shout to let out their frustration before any minister talks about his ministry.
