My husband is into gentlemen's grooming and recently started his own fragrance collection, using mostly drugstore classic fragrances and barbershop aftershave/ colognes/ tonics. Get your husband to try Rayane Tradition Insurrection Pure II and Armaf Hunter. Clean wonderful scents that would be a huge hit if he is gravitating to traditional barbershop scents. The Armaf is an EDP version of Lacoste blanc. I've seen it for sale for $16 bucks online. 😮

Great channel. My wife got me Brut as a gag when I turned 40 as my first aftershave. Now I can’t shave without it. I recently branched out to Stetson, but what I’d really like is a Top 5 list of long-lasting aftershaves. BTW, I can’t find Masters Lilac anywhere.

Thank you! Top five of long lasting aftershaves? I'll see what I can do. As for Master's lilac, sadly, it looks like Master Well went out of business during the pandemic. Now E-bay is your best bet.

Huge Tabac fan! Wish they didn't remove tallow from the soap but so goes things these days.

Aftershave lotion= 3-4 hours Eau De Cologne= 4-5 hours EDT = 6-7 hours

Liked your review of TABAC. A perfume I started using in the 1980s. Good on price & freshness. I have a mixed collection of fragrances. Two that you might be interested in are Mandate from 1976 & Blue Stratos, around about the same time. Both retailing here in the UK £6 & £12. The Blue Stratos range is good. Originally brought out by the American company SHULTON. If you like Old Spice. Then Blue Stratos is similar. Hopefully you will review both items at some point.

That's a tough one. They still make Old Spice Original, but it has been reformulated, so its not quite the same. PS Fine cologne is a more upscale version of Old Spice in my view. I've never used Old Spice Musk, so I have no comparison. Perhaps other posters could make some suggestions!

I have not tried the EDT, only the cologne. I have been told that they do not smell the same, so unfortunately, I can't offer an opinion on it. But thanks for asking!

I don't know! I purchased it about a year ago from a fragrance discounter, so I'm surprised that it is vintage.
