Been taking NAC since 2020. Health has never been better. Also doing intermittent fasting and healthy Keto. I have had precancerous spots on my skin that are now shrinking and going away. I'm skeptical of some studies. A supposed "study" that the media ran with earlier this year is that fasting damages your heart. Well, you do some digging into the study you find out its just a non peer reviewed "study" and then you find out the people they used to push this narrative forward in the study were drinking a lot of coffee and smoking cigarette on a regular basis but they omit that from the findings as being the reason why they have heart problem. The system wants us sick, not healthy and will put in work to put doubt in people minds.

Also have to wonder what he is a 'Doctor' of to find it necessary to first of all Title this video to scare NAC users then sort of basically disqualify the title in the course of his presentation with the use of a lot of words like 'may' might' and 'could'. @@GrammaSheila5 In my opinion, he talks a lot and really says nothing about what appears to be a very small uncontrolled study that has not been professionally reviewed. His conclusion advising one to just keep taking the drug (now classed as a supplement by the FDA, thus the supplier is not allowed to make any claims for the pill) after a title implying it is related to cancer is silly and misleading. I am 77 years of age, have been taking the supplement since the beginning of the pandemic and have not noticed any side affects other than perhaps that I haven't had Covid. I enjoy very good health and am vaccinated with the NZ Pfizer vaccine and take a number of supplements for my general health including Vit D3, Astaxanthin and Magnesium (etc). Both AA and MEL increase endogenous production of GSH while I talked about the “considerations” that should be given to NAC supplementation during the pandemic due to its potential effects on tumorigenesis that is enhanced by viral persistence after infection.” Doris Loh Remember that NAC is a man made synthetic molecule and what feeds healthy cells also feeds cancer cells.
