I first tried this about a year ago. It really surprised me. All the other Tabasco sauces have been relatively mild. But, this sauce is pretty damned hot. I have a bottle right now, which I only put a few drops at a time on my food.

Yeah it’s a reasonably hot one, especially when done in a tablespoon. Did it on an empty stomach got awful cramps for a bit after the vid.

I’ve lately been enjoying a Cayenne and Red Jalapeño sauces. I occasionally dabbled in Habanero and it killed me. I tried a Ghost Pepper sauce and it was so enjoyable to me. Didn’t kill me, just made me feel warm, sweat and feel such a strong endorphin dump. The Scorpion sauce from Tabasco has been the same experience. I can consume it at will because I get a sharp pain in my mouth that quickly turns into numbness. The pain is like my mouth is being sliced by blades. But after the first time I always anticipate the numbing effect and just bare the pain with no issues. I’m starting to realize I like super hots better than the Habaneros for whatever reason. I feel like Habs are all pain no pleasure. The super hots are fun stuff. I will add that Habaneros always have great flavor. I tend to layer Cayenne, Habanero and a super hot. Such a flavorful and enjoyable combo.

Delicious sauce. Will be slightly overwhelming with the heat if your tolerance is low or if you're a beginner

Nice review! Probably got a head rush because of the empty stomach,;interesting comparison to a Hell Fire sauce. Those are heavy hitters! I still have yet to try this one out, but I am loving the "Family Reserve" Tabasco a lot these days. Thanks!

I drowned my chip in Scotty o hotties ghost scorpion hot sauce while pregnant trying it with the father of my child I got milk but not for me he told me he likes ghost peppers like candy let’s just say he was coughing and tearing up and drinking milk and I was fine he only did a drop I litterly drowned my chip while I was pregnant and he called me unhuman lol

It's hot, I'd also compare it to the hellfire fear this sauce. Which is kinda weird because that one is a Carolina reaper sauce and this Tabasco is a scorpion. Def 8-.5/10 heat

I can drink the normal tobasco hot sauce. This shit fucked me up 😂 it didnt leave me in pain but it isnt enjoyable to eat at all.

That’s because you have a vinegar tolerance, not heat tolerance. This is pepper mash. Its first ingredient is peppers. Even Tabasco peppers are hotter than Tabasco pepper sauce.
