I have the same habit as Chance. Though I eat healthy, I don’t eat regularly. I either skip breakfast or lunch. Sometimes I only eat one meal of day and it’s hard for me to maintain/gain weight.

Yes you can settle on something or into something, good or bad…still is the idea that you settled with an idea that came from you or did it come from someone or something outside of you. That leads me to think that all habits good or bad should be examined closely because even if it’s good, if it’s something that you’re holding on to that came from somewhere outside of you, then it may not be serving you as well as it would be if it were something that truly speaks to who YOU are and what YOU are here to do. It may not be working for you as well as you think it is.
