how to deal with manhole or trenches cover /lit not flush with the surrounding surface within a distance of 35m from twy cl for 4E ? Thank you.

First of all anything (trench, cover plates, etc) need not be 100% flushed with the surrounding surface. But we should try to make it as practicable as possible. With the passage of time we can fill the undulation and make it flush with the surrounding.

Per my understanding there is a buffer of 3 inches height or physically manholes with not much likelihood of possessing higher risk at a distance bit far away from cl consider permitted you mean ? @@aviationavi7532
