I noticed at the end that John had pain flexing his bicep and lifting his arm at the same time. It’s more likely a supraspinatis partial tear, rather than the actual shoulder joint. If he can find a local massage therapist who can dig real deep Into his shoulder, it will hurt like hell, but after a day or two, his shoulder will feel much better and more stable.

Up until 2015 he hadn't even don't TRT. He said somewhere on a video that for his match against Devon laratt he got on TRT, I don't count that as anything because he was like 50 years old!

Im sure there is some genetics that are in his favor but I think it's because he started arm wrestling the CORRECT way when he was a kid from his dad. PAL and others you can be in below and won't get fouled they tell you to get up. And if you're slightly winning you're in compliance with their rules below the table.
