Nah, Tacaz is a decently skilled player overall but he is very sloppy compared to Levinho or Sevou. He consistently sprays bullets at targets far out of range to no avail, like his use of the AKM wildly spraying at the two enemies on the hilltop before he finally went and picked up the K98. His overall skill and game sense puts him in the winning circle many times, but he is very sloppy.
