Wearing Merch by the manufacture = promoted video / sponsored. Taking what is said here, and doing my own research. To clear up what I said - I expected yet another video of someone trying to make a sale off an affiliate link. What I got was some good footage of some crazy looking fish not found around my parts - the throws were very nice. I was hoping to hear more about the reel which is why I clicked but in the end. The video was a good "vlog" about his day fishing. I always post my pre-and-post comments so if I think something is sus early on, I want it to stay and be legit. Thx for the video.

How does it compare to the look alike vanford

@marceloamador92024, Hope all's well and you're finding a fish. Compare the specs and price on the two and I think you'll find it comes up pretty favourable. The newer release Okuma reels have all been pretty awesome, thanks to input from the USA, NZ and Australia, with this reel becoming a go-to in my kit. I now run half a dozen and love them. All the best with the fishing. Cheers, Justin

Okuma seemed to have jammed a lot of tech into this low priced reel. Sounds like a great drag as well.

I prefer the itx

They just need some shallow spool versions. The ITX does cost more but I reckon Okuma have jammed some higher level tech into this new Ceymar. Great way of challenging the big 2 at least.
