I worked at Quiznos and would get in trouble for putting too much meat or other ingredients on the sandwich, but it was worth it to have customers request I make their sandwich. This is why they wouldn't let us take tips from customers, they were scared we would form an alliance of extra toppings for tips.

Here in Japan we have like 3 Taco Bells, which I go out of my way to visit when possible. There's like 8 items on the menu and it's all extremely overpriced. You want a taco? It's like $12. One thing that is better about Qdoba than Chipotle is that they have pickled jalapenos and Chipotle does not. I love pickled jalapenos so having that option at Qdoba sort of seals the deal that they're better. Other than that, they're basically the same. Also agreed that Baja Fresh is far better than the others.
