I believe what was inside the Cinnabon was that cream cheese icing they usually put on top of the cinnamon buns they serve at Cinnabon, but I'm not sure. :)

The Cinnabons, for the breakfast combos they only come in a 2 pack. Separately they ring up as a 4 pack or you can get a 12 pack. And no they aren't under cooked, they are filled with a cream cheese icing. :) Source: Works at taco bell since October of 2013 :D

I've had Cinnabon Delights before, and it's supposed to have a whiteish creamy filling inside. they have these in California (where I live) & in my opinion I think they're pretty good. the Cinnabon Delights did not look normal. it looked bizarre & odd, I don't think it's supposed to look like that haha. but amazing review! Great job on these Ken ~ I reviewed the same 2 except I had the Steak Crunchwrap ~ I have had the cinnabon bites before and they were not undercooked ~ They have a filling inside that is supposed to "mirror" the white frosting you would get on the top of an Authentic Cinnabon Cinnabun from the mall ~ Keep on doing your thing ~
