​@@QueenBey_5I don't really measure when I season, but for the amounts she's using a couple teaspoons. Taste when you're adding it and you'll know when it's right, but the real stuff definitely has sugar cause it doesn't taste exactly the same without it. I also let it sit for at least a few hours, the flavors need time to come together.
