Love your recipe and your personality. Damn, you are a wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable person to listen to. And, I liked how you said the RECIPE IS IN THE DESCRIPTION !!! ... you don't know how many times that I have ask KZbinrs to PLEASE put the recipe in the Description. It makes trying it so much easier, and some people out there are hearing impaired (like me), so it's nice to be able to print it out without trying to hear every single word, just right. Anyway, it's so expensive to eat out now that I am learning from KZbinrs how to cook at home. So, thanks for teaching me and rest of us how to make good meals that don't cost a fortune like they want in restaurants now. And, know that KZbin Cooking videos are gonna be very popular now & in future.

Aye Nikki I found your channel because I was having a real bad hankering for chicken dumplings. Well that recipe ended up being a major success at my house. So I decided to try this dish everyone else in the house loved it. I personally didn’t like it till just now 3 days later. I have noticed that if you let some of your recipes sit in the fridge. @@tennesseenikki Nikki seriously it’s so important for people to know how to cook. I grew up in a household that was very much able to cook. But I was very young and didn’t remember all the techniques. So having a channel like yours is so important. Like financially being able to cook edible and tasty meals is really important. It cost so much money to eat via restaurants and fast foods are so bad for people. In my opinion you deserve a medal 🥇

@@Johnny-jr2lq Yes, it has gotten to be TOO EXPENSIVE now. Like us, we really became better cooks during Covid, so we don't eat out that much anymore. It's just DAMNED NOT WORTH IT, because we're not gonna spend $10+/person for just a small plate of food with no leftovers. And, it ends up being $15+ by time you add drinks & tax & stuff. So, it's just not worth it, and people like Nikki teaching rest of us to cook -- helps try to keep us in Middle Class. Because we feel like we're slipping out of it now.
