Thank You for showing how to bleed it out of slave cylinder! Very helpful

no need to take out the clutch pedal assembly, the master cyl will slide out alone

Yes it can, but it's awkward. I opted to remove the whole unit.

Great video. Wish you had shown where that third bolt/bracket was once the assembly was on the bench.

crap, sorry @michaelgreene ! The bolt stayed attached to the truck. I just loosened the bolt and the assembly slides out.

@@makinitwork416 I found it. After finding it and looking at your video again you did show it at then 6:50 mark. Once the fuse box is dropped it is easily seen and can be loosened with a wrench. I just loosened the bolt a little and it came out with the pedal assembly as there is a groove in the bracket. Originally I tried to just remove the master cylinder. Bad idea. I got it out but was unable to get the supply hose on the new one so I ended up pulling the whole assembly out. Your video helped. Thanks.

I have a 2005 and what I did because I'm 6 foot tall was take out the seat and lay down a blanket and laid comfortably on my back and just removed the hydraulic line and the two bolts that hold the cylinder in place the seat is only 4 bolts and a connector the whole job probably took less than an hour

whoa! That's an awesome idea! I never thought about taking the seat out!

What year is yours? On mine (2008) the clutch and brakes share a reservoir.

Ah yes, I think it changed in 2010. Mine is a 2010 :)
