Kent, your cat image - earlier today here in North Texas, a squirrel decided to get on our back porch and climb windows. Our cat decided to try to get the squirrel, but couldn't get through the window. She managed to drive the evil squirrel away! You also reminded me of an office accident when I was working part time 4 decades back. Got one of those "paper spikes" right in my chin when I was bending over to help move desk. The wife of branch manager of the spot I was working at was an RN, and she actually insisted upon and administered a tetanus shot at the doctor office where she worked. And it was gratis, something probably not available any more. This looks delicious, but dang that is a lot of work! Perhaps for our block party, but that is usually crawdads as the main featured dish. But dang, I'd eat that dish in a heartbeat!

The concept of tacos is not Lebanese or a gyro as it far predates it since BC and the marinate for adobada is not Lebanese, only the the way its cooked on a machine that is stacked up which was invented by the Turkish around the 18th-19th century which was brought by Lebanese, but the ones that are closer to the originals are called Tacos Arabes

Hey Cowboy, I have been watching and loving your videos ever since I found em. One thing you have re enthused me to do is have my own chickens. My neighbours have a couple of IZA browns that have adopted me, I guess cause I feed them, and the neighbours don’t want the eggs, I think they are maybe vegan or such and just like havin the chickens around which is fine by me. Anyhow they (the chickens) have found a couple of nesting spots and are giving me two cackle berry’s a day. And that is what made up my mind that a wanted to have chickens again, hearing you call em cackle berries. Man that takes me back, so I have bought myself a small chicken coop on line, just big enough to house a couple, and I’ve got a couple of acres to move em around and let them freerange. So God bless you and thank you both! Tim O’Brien Margaret River Western Australia

Cowboy can't you have Shannon put that camera on a tripod so we can see the both of you enjoying the grub together. Because some of us participants we don't believe that you're feeding Shannon at all and we don't want her starve to death.

Hey Kent, I was the star of the week last week at my mountainside camp in the Black Hills in the back country cooking you creations for the my family and friends. It was kinda tough at 5600 feet making some adjustments. But, turned out great. From one Chef to another, Thanks and God Bless.

Thank you, Mr. Kent. I enjoy Al Pastor and have made a loose riff variation just so we could have 'em at home, but the method you demonstrate in this video sure looks more real deal to me. I hope I'll be trying your way soon.

Yep, I've been unsubbed from five different channels, none of which are related to any other. I'd be tempted to say it's some kind of KZbin censorship thing, but two political channels, a travel channel, one ham radio, and now Kent leads me to believe it's just some kind of KZbin glitch. Never attribute to tinfoil what is more easily explained by incompetence!

The censorship is real tho. Search results are manipulated, & I’ve had channels simply disappear overnight(confirmed when they talk about it on other platforms such as rumble). The government has people who reach out to tech companies and ask them to ban content and users, a claim made by the White House Press Secretary even. Classic fascism.

@@YouT00ber Okay, so why unsub me to Kent Rollins? I can't imagine a reason why he'd be on any ban list. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, just that sometimes it's just a glitch.
