Hello sir.. 17 dec 2021 I done my kidney transplant.. But because of tecrolimus my creatinine level is increased.. After 1 month my creatinine slow decreased to 1.6. Now doctor given everolimus 0.5...any rejection problem without tecrolimus.. Plz ans me sir

Hi Doctor, i recently had my transplant 15days before due to lupus nephritis and i am on 9mg of tacrolimus and 40mg steroids .i have never been diabetic before but after transplant my sugar levels are high mostly pre dinner .Is it because of steroids and will it go away once my doses are tapered

doesn't matter before or after, important is it need to be at exact 12 hr gap.

Creatinine 2.50, aya jo ki pehle normal,tha after 25 days tacro is 7 ,but creatinine decrease ni ho ra hai potassium sodium kam hai bahut 3.27, sodium 133, uric acid 9 hai...urea normal Creatinine kaise decrease hoga sir.
