This strat is very good, the direction and formation is nice, I've tried the same strat as man city atm, and its working quite well, I got rid of a lot of the current squad and have a lot more younger quality players, and even with the back up team, it does really well. very simple in design but great in execution from what I have seen. the tactics works really well, just sometimes it has alot of possesion, and edge of the box shots. could it be tweaked with work ball in the box or even some other options that would fit the opposition. would it ruin it?

I think I'd switch Walcott and Sanchez here, having Alexis up front. I feel like having him on the wing with more defensive responsibilities, especially with a counter-attacking style, might result in not fully maximizing his ability.

I have a problem.. I play fm16 but I find that Match Engine makes me feel like using cheat.. My fullback is always overpowered until it's not realistic at all..

very solid tactic defensive wise but i am struggling in attack, way too many long shots (not enough players supporting the attack) and just manage to beat teams (lots of draws). I'm Milan in the first season. I like the set up, just a shame about the attack.

I´ve been using this system in a mid table club ( Rio Ave - Portguese League ) and the results aren't good at all... I've bought specifically players for all the roles the team is used to the tactic and .... I don't get the ball ( which I understand) I don't get goals, and I got massacred pretty much every game, even with lower teams.
