The KuKKM has not released casualty information, but estimates put them around 150. The French and Italian losses were higher but their governments haven’t released information either. Just to re-itterate.... It's perfectly fine to up the diameter of a nominal say 7" gun if the next size up is of a lower mark. You can get most of the benefits if you embiggen it ;). Though it will cost you as far as reload speed goes.
