The gameplay of Mechwarrior 5 is split in two different parts. On the one hand you will have to manage your resources, hire new crew members, outfit your Mechs and travel through the Inner Sphere star map. But the action starts as soon as you get into the cockpit of your Battlemech yourself to fulfill contracts on the battlefield to earn more C-Bills and progress the story. I will review the weapon systems, battlemechs, show you how to build the loadouts and train your pilots and take a look at all the different mission types and upgrades of the MW5 Heroes of the Inner Sphere DLC.

you should ALLWAYS take ground unit and VTOL destruction cantina missions. a specific mech may not spawn, but those allways will.

Updated tally of stuff to be done: * Investigate Medium Claws - Work well but where do they fit? * Find Medium Scrap Rifle Ammo - IN PROGRESS * Find out what Trader Supplies does * Convert more low tier weapons - IN PROGRESS * Check Raven rebuild * Build a LAM * Build a Nova * Build Black Knight - IN COLD STORAGE * Find LRM (C) ammo - DONE * Rebuild Grasshopper - DONE * Build Crusader - IN COLD STORAGE * Add second AMS to Grasshopper * Collect parts for Stormcrow Nice work in allowing the Davion Lance to go and tangle with your targets. Much easier to let them kill each other and pick off the survivors. Put the Stormcrow on the list as he mentioned building one last episode but hasn't got the scrap yet.

The upgrades that REALLY help are in the Mechlab section and lower the cost and time of repairs when not at an industrial hub. I think the reductions are 40% and 20% respectively.

The Hammer hands was a House Davion prototype mech of what would eventually become the Warhammer. But StarCorps industry beat them to what would become the final product.

Beachhead defense missions have higher bonus to negotiations points (like 75 to 125%) compared to other missions, increasing the number of salvage points/C-bills reward

You should watch the Warhammer video from the BPL/Tex. Hammerhands was one of the mechs that led to the warhammer being developed, that and the battle axe.

i thought you were doing the 'enemy of my enemy' questline. there is a cicada swarm during the last mission, i think, where you can loot up to four CDA-3M with XL and DHS. Great early game loot. maybe it was just a random spawn put there by a mod... there was another mission where i got a PXH swarm with a B, two 1B's and a 3S, all with Star League stuff in their guts.

Clan MPLs and ER MPLs are my absolute favorite weapon in the mods. They require a lot of cooling, but it's such quick, precise DPS. I love them! Give me a lightsaber Battlemaster and I'll give you a light show.

Love to see some of the new aerospace missions with the latest update to coyotes mission pack, they can get quite tricky if you dont know what your getting into but the payoff is definitely worth it IMO

Never pass up on those scrap guns!, 4 of them at 4 tonnes and 20 damage each with fast reloads, sign me up boss! I ran a mech with 4 of them and they shred absolutely everything with more than enough room and weight for ammo. They are so good I almost consider them to be cheat weapons and you are constantly getting engine crits and headshots with them just by spraying mechs.

Those orbital cannons are the worst thing about the game. So annoying!
