Very nice design! Can it work with top cover and bug net?

I think the daisy chain would be very handy as a ridge line in a tarp. You could use the loops to hang lanterns or fans under the tarp. They would also not move so much. Or use them for utensils.

I think a couple of prusiks would do the trick on a ridgeline. You can slide them without the need to detach whatever you have attached to it. I use daisychain as my primary suspension and love them because you can hang backpack & stuff with a softshackle. I love Dutch's idea because it would permit to hang some items outside the hammock which you do not want to have inside the hammock.

Great idea Dutch ! - I think its a great add-on to attach your water bottle or other gear. I love to hang bags from my daisy-chain suspension, but once you are in the hammock you can't reach them. A few weeks ago a fox ran away with one of my rubber slippers which were on the floor under my hammock. I found them 30 yd away with some chew marks. Would have been a good idea to have them attached to the hammock 👍

Dutch.. once been wanting to comment this for several weeks... Today's the day!! Listen you have to do something about the sounds volume.. seriously!! I don't know if getting a microphone (on person) is the answer? Or talking "at" the mic you do use? Or having a mic above you? Something PLEASE.. don't matter if I listen to my semi,if I listen on my Bluetooth speaker, or if I listen in my personal vehicle, I can never get the volume loud enough to actually hear half of what you are talking about... Most of the time I guess at it.. Have a great day, enjoy the WEEKEND and PLEASE continue all these GREAT videos

Interesting idea. Also provides you with virtually infinite pull-out configurations.

More like tacti-COOL !! I think it's a great idea commercially as an add on to your existing hammocks.

Would you consider offering this mod on preowned hammocks? For instance if I shipped my hennessy hammock would you be able to add this mod on to it?

Would it work with a zip on bugnet?
@dutch33235 жыл бұрын
I don't see why not. You generally cant have a knotty mod with a zipper but that wouldn't stop you from having the daisy chain part.
