Deployment not only included the DA Raids, Airfield Seizures, Assaults on GOPLATS, VBSS, CQB, In- Extremis Hostage Rescue, and CSAR / TRAP, however, there was training , PT, and of course, " Down Time" ( eating and drinking, hygiene and laundry, showers and baths, ) , even entertainment and recreation. All of that, in the midst of Action and Active Combat Operations Downrange in Harm's Way.

The best down time I had was in 06 in Iraq the heat was setting AT4s off so my battalion had two of us go out to the range at al-Assad and we shot about 25 each in about 30 mins yeah being in the Seabees and on convoy security we were trained on all of our TOA ah good times

Line charges trailer; tnt ; green, orange , yellow det. Cord differents in burn rate. Dry vs wet and high and low out altitude. C4 and craddering charge fun stuff. Dirt in teeth eye and ear. An a good set of plyer for small frags non-leathal . Good times ❤
