Just got this in the mail today. I got a chuckle out of your review, because the tedious aspects you mentioned are also a part of what I've been playing for awhile, 'Final Fantasy Tactics A2' on the DS.

Never got to play this one, but I like the visuals in it. I have played some of the previous games though, if I still had a PSP I think I'd like this one. Good video man.

I prefer the one on GBA. While the story was much better in this one, I felt the gameplay was more enjoyable in the other game.

You should review Valkyrie Profile Covenant Of The Plume if you have it, i assume you have as you reviewed Valkyrie Profile 2. It breaks apart a lot of the tedium most srpg's have.

I had it when it first came out, but never even opened it, and ended up selling it. It sounds quite different from others in the series, and other SRPGs. Will check it out in the future.

The level system was quite annoying in this game. Not being able to easily compare equipment is as well but I've gotten used to that problem so it didn't bother me quite as much(but still I would've preferred they fix it). I also love The Knight of Lodis, it was the first Tactics Ogre/Ogre Battle game I played. The 64 one is also great.

Yeah, I like to experiment with different classes in SRPGs, and this game punishes you for doing that. I'm glad I got a chance to play it, but will never touch it again.

I really tried to get into this game but I just couldn't. FF Tactics is my favorite srpg. I agree with every aspect of your review and I will perhaps someday give this game another try.

It could have been one of the best SRPGs of all time, but they really messed up with the class system, and the terrible shop.

u definetly need to give a try, there are so many storylines here that changes depending on ur actions and decissions, the people who dies or lives and they all depends on u, really awesome game

I LOOOVE tactical rpgs with tactics ogre being my favourite game ever! Its a shame fans of the genre have so few games to play with most strategy rpgs being retro games as they are rarely made anymore, hell, they were few and far between even back in the day! I would explode with joy if they made a new tactics ogre or final fantasy game! Imo tactics ogre psp is the greatest remake ever made, they added so much stuff and improved everything except crafting which still sucks. 10/10 for me

That game looks fantastic but the shop and equipment system thats terrible! So I have to take noted in order to see if the armor I'm buying is better then the one I have already? Insane! Great review as always! Great video and keep up the good work!
