I think you should do 10 seasons for this franchise because you’re going to try to win for the first 3-4 seasons, and when you start rebuilding, there won’t be enough seasons to fully rebuild and win.

To get the most out of your players growth you need to set the coach to 5v5 and increase offensive and defensive awareness. You lose deking and speed but set your offseason goals to work on those for each player

I can't say I'm surprised at Letang having only 21 in 82, I love your content Tactix, but Kris Letang has been an RD from literally the time he was drafted. He was an RD in junior, he was an RD in Wilkes-Barre, he was an RD in 2009, he was an RD in 2016 and he is an RD in 2024. Why would you touch that?? Doesn't make any sense to me and I'd imagine you'll change it back next year? Or at least, I would hope he's back at RD next year? 22:33 Aaaaaaand top 10 least surprising losses in anime history, numbers 1-10, this. Literally the 2013 Boston series again. Brutal.

Mate, you haven't adjusted to the new contracts. When org & contract bar is full, you can get them to come way down. Less so on smaller contracts, but still. Like O'Connor you probably could have gotten 3 years 1 mil. It's expected for you to try negotiate the prices down from where they start.

Thank you for the video! I do my own custom rosters and with all do respect, your depth NHL players are too low rated. There is a big difference between a fourth line NHLer and a first line AHLer. For example if they play around a full season on average in the NHL and are not a net negative, they are at least an 80ovr because that should be the mark of a consistent NHL player. When it comes to a player like Alex Nedeljkovic, he should be around a 83 to 84 because that means a team would need to trade a 3rd to 4th round pick in order to get him. That is how it would be in real life because in this franchise mode, his contract had to be given away for free. In real life he is a capable 1b goaltender who he on a good contract.

I kinda agree . They add too many no hopers and then complain that the AI GM's are dumping their prospects to Free agency. (Im looking at you Tougie!). There is 32 teams with 50 slots available. They add 200 prospects and then wonder why it goes to shit!!!
