Thank you very for sharing. This is an excellent video. It explains each motion throughtly. This is my standard for the Taegeuk Poomsae Series that I use to compare. I wish the World Taekwondo Academy with develop self defense for Real Life Street encounters. However, this may be difficult given or due to the fact that this is a global organization; And every country has different Laws that deals with what level of self protection is acceptable. Ollgul makgi - this block often is used to protect oneself from some of the high kicks of taekwondo - especially "neria chagi" (axe kick) or a high roundhouse kick to the face on either side. So don't use that high block over your head. It just needs to be in front of the head.
