But since I get panic attacks often, I'll like to suggest these things for better writing 1)When someone gets panic attacks, they can't really focus on something except the thing that's scaring them so it's kinda impossible to calm myself down without having a medium to do so. Like books, music, tv etc. Basically my hobbies 2)You want to hug someone badly.
