@@_suvam_ not how many years but more so >> how many hours of training a day & your will to achieve such heights, u can look up how to do a kick & practice it 3 times but 3 times isn't enough to perfect it, sometimes you'll have to do these things 3000 times & also just like ppl, not everyone graduated with a high iQ.. for some it will be more difficult to comprehend but u shouldn't let this slow you down. it's all about the grind💪

My boy loves watching your videos and you've inspired him and motivated him to improve his kicking ability. He trains upto 12 hours a week between martial arts, weapons training and bjj but he'll always do kicking drills every session no matter what and he's now the most technically gifted for his age group 7-14.

Still Awsome!!! Ive really learned a lot from you Aaron from basic stretches and kicks. I started at your basic rounhouse kick and hook kick tutorial and now I can do spinning hook kick,back kick,jumping back kick,360 round & hook kick,540 kick,side flip,B-kick,B-twist,back handspring,PK roll,jump spin hook kick,feilong round and front kick,pop 360,side kick,kip up,starfish kip up and push kick.Also a lot of tips and techniques to defend your self,to counter attacks and workouts.Lots and lot of thank you for you for this guy because I never taught that I can do those things especially when I watch your TKD and MMA samplers.This 2017 I will practice 540 hook kick,cork screw,front flip,gainer,cheat gainer,back flip,guyver kick and a lot more :D :D Keep up your good work bro,many people are learning from you :D
