One of the most iconic collabs in kpop. All of them shined. Also kudos to Taeyong for making this stage/performance possible cuz originally ZOO wasn't supposed to get one but he insisted that it would be a waste so he created the choreo with Bada Lee (also a famous choreographer)

I’ve heard that “zoo” was supposed to be a Nct song but taeyong told the sm staff if they could do a Collab With Aespa. He also did the choreography for the song.

I am very grateful to Taeyong, because of Taeyong we were able to see Zoo's performance, because actually this song is just a side song on the SMtown album, Taeyong thought Zoo would be very good if performed, therefore he immediately asked SM to bring Zoo to stage, after approval Taeyong finally made the choreography himself, thank you Taeyong for this very cool choreo, thank you also for making this great song If you hear an animal sound, it's not a sample, there's no need to waste money to get that sound, because the sound comes from Yangnyang😅 Another SMtown song that I want to suggest for your reaction is Jet, it's just a shame that it doesn't have a stage performance Thank you for your reaction Zoo, stay healthy and happy

Actually the collaboration between women and men in the KPOP has been around for a long time, moreover this SM who between artists is famous for its family. Before there was ZOO, SM already had a unit for example YOUNIQUE UNIT whose members were Hyoyeon GIRLS GENERATION, Eunhyuk-Hendry SUPER JUNIOR, Taemin SHINEE AND Kai-Luhan EXO, this happened in 2012😂

this performance actually came from an online SM concert so i don't think it has a live audience (cmiiw) but they do still perform this song during the annual SMTOWN concert!

The reason why zoo perfomance video has over 100M views is because it’s a really popular tiktok challenge songs! Taeyong made it into a hit with the choreo and nct + aespa is just THAT phenomenal in covid era and like that’s what happen

You should definitely check out the SMTOWN collabs. There are so many iconic ones. SM sometimes does a collab album every year where theres song from collabs with SM artists. My favorite is SMCU Palace Winter Album Recommendation: Priority -Aespa, TVXQ and BOA HOT & Cold - NCT, EXO and Red Velvet

Zoo is the bside of the 2021 WINTER ALBUM SMTOWN : SMCU EXPRESS This year SM also released another family album, namly SMTOWN 2025 : THE FULTURE, THE FUTURE, which will be released on february 14, in which SM groups cover each other's SM groups songs, they also Pperformed them at the SMTOWN concert in seoul a few days ago
