Sanaol Jo&Jo! The injury is an old military injury I got in Iraq and it's been the bane of my existence for the last 15 years haha. Magandang umaga🌻🌻 I'm a proud Filipino who lives in the US with my husband, a son (lives in Texas with my 2 grandchildren and my daughter in law). I commend you for spending great amount of time and efforts to learn and speak our national language Tagalog. I watched your video on making lumpia and understood your fun and frustration in wrapping the mix, I just want to remind you that the wrapper that you bought is used for Vietnamese or Korean spring rolls. The Filipino and Chinese wrappers for lumpia is the round white (made of flour) that is easy to roll and crispy when fried. I hope I'm able to help a bit. ...it's pininyahang manok (from the root word "pinya" or pineapple). one of my fave chicken dishes! 😋 ....the spiciness 🌶️ of the beef caldereta is what makes it different from the beef mechado. ....oh you just gotta love all the Mariteseseseses of Pinas hahaha pak na pak! 🙌
